Unwanted sequel to the 1976 original has a college campus overrun by rats that have become gigantic thanks to scientist Paul Coufos' formula. So it's up to the good doctor and girlfriend Lisa Schrage to stop the murderous rodents.

Sporting TV-movie production values, low-grade effects and cheap gore this follow-up isn't even campy entertainment (like the original was at times).

Laughable stuff with some poorly done rat attacks (especially the first one and the pool massacre), lousy comic relief exterminators and some bad acting from female lead Schrage.

Rotten.
