1997 - 71m.

Three crooks who've just staged a robbery (which is shown, none-too-convincingly, in flashback later on) head to a rendevous point at an abandoned old house. Two of them die leaving Simon (Steve Kelley) to fend for himself. During the night he slowly starts to lose his mind as he's terrorized by a seemingly immortal axe-murderer, zombies and bloody dead corpses.

What's a pretty bland crime drama for the first half-hour soon becomes a completely incoherent horror flick that's packed with sloppy gore and perplexing plotting. This jumbled mess of ideas is an insult to the intelligence and mostly just hangs there with the audience waiting for something to happen (which might explain why it's so tiring).

Truly awful, don't be fooled by the cool-looking video box.
